Hydrogen

An Emerging Fuel

BCCK’s deep roots in gas processing and treating has naturally propelled the company into the growing hydrogen space. Providing engineering and fabrication solutions for technologies producing hydrogen across a variety of carriers, our flexible and agile nature as a true energy solutions provider has positioned BCCK at the forefront of this emerging fuel source. Whether methanol, ammonia or a host of hydrogen sources, we are the subject matter experts and proud to be early adapters in emerging technologies in the space. We are developing solutions that lower the cost of hydrogen and simplify our clients’ energy transition needs.

Hydrogen

  • Reducing CO2 emissions
  • Developing clean transportation
  • Limiting the use of fossil fuels

BCCK’s patented technology helps contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Our focus is to protect the health and safety of our staff, customers and partners while contributing to a cleaner planet for future generations.

BCCK supports our clients in their operational goals to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by providing leading technology solutions such as:

  • Installing NiTech® Nitrogen Rejection Units (NRUs) at landfills in order to process renewable natural gas (RNG). Instead of flaring dangerous gas, landfill operators can instead process RNG for other uses, such as powering boilers and furnaces.
  • BCCK provides oxygen and carbon dioxide (CO2) removal systems and residue compression at gas plants.
  • Methanol to hydrogen reformers reduce CO2 emissions and fossil fuel use by creating hydrogen and green methanol. These systems lower the cost of hydrogen and simplify our clients’ energy transition needs, while unlocking market potential in hydrogen fueling, EV charging and microgrid applications.

BCCK’s engineering solutions deliver key environmental benefits, operational efficiencies and cost savings.
