Refurbished 43 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection facility using NiTech® technology for associated nitrogen field post cryogenic NGL processing. Project deals with a relatively low inlet nitrogen content of less than 6.0 mole % nitrogen. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
12.5 MMSCFD NiTech® NRU facility that includes condensate extraction, integrated NGL extraction, and mole sieve dehydration. Facility includes an auxiliary refrigeration system to augment NGL extraction. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
12 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection unit using NiTech® technology for coal mine methane application. (Replacement due to severe tornado damage to the original facility) Project included the completion of structural skid fabrication, supply and installation of the required NiTech® NRU interconnecting piping, valves and fittings, supply and installation of the inlet gas dehydration system, and supply and installation of the required instrumentation including a computer-based PLC control system. BCCK’s full EPC scope included field installation.
4 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection unit using NiTech® technology for conventional low BTU natural gas, including integrated NGL extraction/stabilization, mole sieve dehydration, and an integrated expander skid to take advantage of high nitrogen content of the inlet gas stream. Project includes system design, skid fabrication, procurement of inlet gas dehydration system and the NiTech® NRU.
12 MMSCFD NiTech® NRU facility including integrated NGL extraction and mole sieve dehydration. Facility includes auxiliary refrigeration system to augment integrated NGL extraction. BCCK’s scope also included an Allen Bradley control system with HMI consoles, including control system programming. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
