BCCK is a leader in quality fabrication and manufacturing since 2007, providing premium skids, pipe racks, pressure vessels, structural assemblies and cold boxes to gas processing and other industries.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility fabricates products which conform to the highest standards including ANSI, ASME, ASTM and AWS. Our code facility consists of three fabrication shops with a total square footage of 50,000 to handle any pipe, structural steel or pressure vessels manufacturing job.

SERVICES

Structural Steel and Skid Assemblies

BCCK manufactures handrails, structural elements and steel platforms with piping, valves and instrumentation for a variety of industries. For oil and gas producers, we fabricate gas processing facilities such as nitrogen rejection units, sales gas recovery units, dehydration skids and vapor (CO2 and H2S) packages. Structural steel fabrication is in accordance with AISC standards. Careful attention is given to pipe and structural steel coatings, as well as the installation of valves, pipe and fittings.

Pipe and Pressure Vessels

Piping fabrication follows ASME and API standards for use of stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel. Our Fabrication Division (NG Resources Corporation) is ASME authorized with “U” Stamp and National Board “R” Stamp authorized for pressure vessel work. BCCK can deliver anywhere in the United States and can arrange for international shipments through freight forwarders.

Quality Management Systems

BCCK is committed to providing products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Our goal is to involve and educate every employee in our Quality Management System (QMS), and to drive continual improvement in our operations. BCCK has developed and implemented a QMS to document the company’s policies and procedures. Our QMS documents key work processes and is compliant to the requirements of the current ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our Fabrication Division (NG Resources Corporation) is certified to ISO9001:2015 BCCK’s experienced team of manufacturing professionals follows strict management protocols to assure the highest quality fabrication at a minimum cost to our customer. Welders are certified under ASME Section IX, with 1-G through 6-G ratings, and are matched to specific job requirements.

Project Management

Beginning with our customer’s specifications, we provide engineering drawings, perform site evaluations and provide feedback to our fabrication shop to make any necessary modifications. Strategic sales and operations planning by BCCK’s management team provide the industry’s best available engineering, fabrication and shipping solutions. This combination of expertise and experience assures cost-effective, timely and complete turnkey solutions.

Material Documentation and Quality Control

BCCK is focused on providing all customers with unparalleled customer service and integrity, along with the highest quality products and services in the industry. We maintain mill test reports (MTRs) on each project, and carefully document all welding procedures according to the strictest quality control standards. Our highly trained and qualified welders document each specific assignment. BCCK also performs radiographic weld inspection and pressure testing that follow the engineering drawings and carefully conform to the client’s requirements.

Cutting-edge Fabrication Technology

BCCK is raising the bar in gas processing fabrication and manufacturing standards. To handle any and all custom fabrication, BCCK’s cutting facility is capable of processing structural steel shapes and pipe using the latest technologies for coping and beveling.

  • Our structural shop employs two 15-ton cranes at a 35-foot hook height
  • Our pipe and assembly shop houses a total crane capacity of 55 tons and boasts a 22-foot height.
  • BCCK’s technologically advanced vessel fabrication shop consists of 22,500 square feet with a lifting capacity of more than 150 tons.
  • Our Flow Mach 4 water jet machine can handle 12-inch-thick sheets of steel of up to 10 feet wide by 12 feet long with a .001″ tolerance.
