48 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection unit using NiTech® technology for associated low BTU gas stream post cryogenic NGL extraction. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
12 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection unit using NiTech® technology for conventional low BTU natural gas, including integrated NGL extraction. Project includes system design, skid fabrication, procurement of inlet gas dehydration system and the NiTech® NRU. Project involved relocation of key pieces of equipment from Wyoming to Texas. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
200 MMSCFD carbon dioxide extraction facility utilizing a BCCK designed fractionation and methanol absorption process for a high carbon dioxide stream. The facility will provide supercritical carbon dioxide and H2S for re-injection, thus reducing required injection horsepower as well as crude grade helium and pipeline quality natural gas. The turnkey scope of supply includes BCCK’s NiTech® NRU process, BCCK’s proprietary helium recovery process, propane refrigeration, compression, skid fabrication, transportation, installation, DCS control system, and start-up assistance. Field construction begins 2009; start-up set for 2011.
50 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection facility using NiTech® technology for associated high nitrogen field. The facility includes a mole sieve dehydration system, CO2 and H2S removal using an activated MDEA, steam system, acid gas injection, Modicon PLC control system, power distribution system, and facility engineering for ancillary equipment. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
50 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection unit using NiTech® technology for associated nitrogen flood. The facility includes a Delta V control system, online gas chromatograph, mercury protection and installation within an existing plant. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
50 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection facility using NiTech® technology for associated fireflood application. Project includes inlet gas dehydration system, supply and installation of a 375 GPM CO2 treating facility, O2 removal facility, NGL extraction/fractionation, and compression. Project is a turnkey project including system design, site work, procurement, operator training, installation, and start-up assistance. Project included relocating key pieces of equipment from Wyoming to North Dakota. (The NiTech® process is a BCCK patented process design)
