225 MMSCFD C2R-Flex

225 MMSCFD cryogenic expander facility utilizing BCCK’s patent pending C2R-Flex technology design used to maximize customer’s needs in ethane recovery and rejection. BCCK provided the engineering, procurement and construction services for this project.  The project includes a high pressure HARP style slug catcher designed for 1640 BBL/D capacity. The project includes electric driven residue compression, 750 GPM amine system, molecular sieve dehydration with regeneration system, cryogenic system with expander, fuel gas system, instrument air system, propane refrigeration, two hot oil systems and full plant flow emergency flare. The facility is equipped with a Central Control Room and three (3) PDC buildings for plant power distribution. This project was executed by the BCCK Holding family of companies and is located in Weld County, Colorado. This project had a startup date of September 2019.

BCCK Holding Company to Deliver NiTech® Cryogenic Nitrogen Removal for Landfill Gas-to-energy Project

BCCK Holding Company (BCCK), a leader in engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, will provide its NiTech® cryogenic nitrogen removal process as part of a complete, high-btu gas cleaning system for a landfill gas-to-energy plant in Washington State, USA.

Klickitat Public Utility District (PUD) selected BCCK’s unique NiTech® technology to perform a key role in transforming landfill gas into nearly 100% pure renewable natural gas at the H.W. Hill Landfill Gas to Energy plant, located at the Roosevelt Regional Landfill in the Klickitat County of Washington State.

John Peterson, vice president business development, BCCK, said, “Landfill-derived renewable natural gas has the lowest full-cycle CO2 emissions of all transportation fuels, including emissions attributed to electric vehicles. The Klickitat NiTech® Nitrogen Removal Unit (NRU) will be used to remove nitrogen from methane gas collected from the landfill. We will provide a dehydration system in front of the NiTech® NRU to dehydrate from the upstream solvent process. Our NiTech® NRU will process 7.2 MMSCFD of gas and will be guaranteed to recover 99.5% of the methane.”

Kevin Ricks, Klickitat PUD, said, “We are proud to operate one of the largest, cleanest and most efficient landfill gas-to-energy projects anywhere in the world. The next stage of our project, transforming landfill gas into renewable natural gas, is of vital importance and we selected BCCK to support us with their NiTech® technology due to their proven track record and the depth of the experience demonstrated by their engineering and manufacturing teams.”

BCCK Holding Company Opens New Office in The Woodlands, Texas

BCCK Holding Company (BCCK), a leader in engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, has opened a new office in The Woodlands, north of Houston. The office is located at 2201 Timberloch Place, Suite 200, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

Clark Butts, CEO, BCCK Holding Company, said, “BCCK’s expansion into the Houston area is a key step in our growth strategy, increasing our ability to service both existing and future markets. The Woodlands location will also give us access to a large pool of oil and gas engineering talent to compliment the capabilities we already have in our corporate headquarters in Midland.”

The opening of this new office will allow for BCCK to create more jobs in the engineering, project management, design and inside sales disciplines, and the prime office location will also enable BCCK to increase the global reach for its patented technology.

BCCK Holding Company Partners With Navitas Midstream Midland Basin, LLC for NiTech® NRU Project

BCCK Holding Company (BCCK), a leader in engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, has been selected by Navitas Midstream Midland Basin, LLC for the construction of a NiTech® Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU) in West Texas.

The project will consist of a 35 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection unit incorporating BCCK’s latest Style III NiTech® NRU technology to process natural gas with concentrated nitrogen on the residue of a new cryo plant. NiTech® technology is not constrained by low mole % nitrogen, which prevents a recycle stream costing additional OPEX. NiTech® can process inlet gas to less than 1.0 mole %, allowing BCCK to slipstream and reduce a customer’s CAPEX and OPEX requirements. The project is expected to be completed in Q2 2019.

R. Bruce Northcutt, chief executive officer, Navitas, said, “BCCK’s NiTech® process will enable us to handle higher mole % nitrogen in our gas, which is important to meeting downstream pipeline specification. We selected BCCK for this project because of their proven successful track record with the technology.”

Jacob Pratt, vice president sales and business development, BCCK, said, “Navitas is a valued customer and we are excited to work with them on another NRU project. BCCK has a long history of providing NRUs, and we look forward to adding more successful NRU projects to our portfolio while delivering value to our customers.”

35 MMSCFD Nitrogen Rejection Facility

NG Resources is soon to complete a 35 MMSCFD nitrogen rejection facility using NiTech® technology for processing nitrogen on the residue of a new cryo plant in West Texas. This unit will incorporate BCCK’s latest Style III NiTech® NRU technology. The completion target for this project is December 2016.
