Purification

Green Hydrogen produced from electrolyzers contains trace amounts of oxygen and moisture, which must be removed to meet typical specifications of 0.1-5 ppmv.

Oxygen levels from electrolyzers vary between 25 ppmv and 0.2 mole%, depending on the type, while water levels are saturated at the temperature and pressure of the gas produced.

BCCK’s skid-mounted DeOxo-dehydration equipment integrates both technologies into a single skid, providing a comprehensive solution for removing these impurities to meet the desired outlet specifications.

BCCK’s design, engineering and fabrication capabilities allow for the easy standardization of these packages according to electrolyzer specifications.
